    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div class=\"fr-view\"><div>15% Shift premium for 2nd shift! &nbsp;Must train on 1st shift.&nbsp;&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/21.39.21/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p><br></p><p>Position Summary:&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Responsible for maintaining quality assurance processes, performing inspections and quality<br>assurance testing for analysis of materials, in process, and finished products,<br>recording and analyzing data, and completing required documentation to ensure compliance<br>with all specifications.&nbsp;</span> &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities: &nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\">&middot;</span> Read specifications and part prints to interpret<br>requirements including dimensional, physical, functional, and visual<br>requirements. &nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\">&middot;</span> Inspect product for various quality issues using<br>approved methods and procedures. &nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\">&middot;</span> Perform part inspection and measure dimensions<br>of incoming, in process, and finished workpieces to ensure conformance to print<br>specifications, using various precision measuring instruments, optical<br>comparator, CMM or vision machines, along with templates and fixtures. &nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\">&middot;</span> Conduct in process welding, assembly, function<br>and laser mark inspections. &nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\">&middot;</span> Conduct and document first piece inspections as<br>required. &nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\">&middot;</span> Document and communicate testing and inspection<br>results to ensure quality control standards are satisfied.&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\">&middot;</span> Place non-conforming production on &ldquo;hold&rdquo; status<br>and complete NCR paperwork. &nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\">&middot;</span> Collect quality data and enter data into<br>spreadsheets and databases. &nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\">&middot;</span> Verify and support dispositions of nonconforming<br>product whether internal or customer returns through an RMA procedure. &nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\">&middot;</span> Maintain inspection equipment and verify<br>calibration. &nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\">&middot;</span> Communicate with manufacturing, engineering and<br>production personnel from all departments to exchange pertinent information and<br>problem solve issues. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\">&middot;</span> Assist with corrective and preventative actions<br>are required. &nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\">&middot;</span> Meet and maintain established efficiency and<br>effectiveness standards established for the quality function. &nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\">&middot;</span> Ensure proper and complete documentation off all<br>inspection paperwork along with all data in ERP system.&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\">&middot;</span> Complete all documentation per ISO 13485 and FDA<br>requirements. &nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\">&middot;</span> All other duties as assigned. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;Knowledge, Skills<br>&amp; Competencies: &nbsp;</p><ul><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Minimum of 3 years of quality control experience in a machine shop<br>&nbsp;environment.&nbsp;</span>&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Experience is ISO/FDA environment preferred.</span>&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Ability to read and interpret blueprints.</span>&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Proficient in the use of machine shop precision measuring<br>&nbsp;equipment including micrometer &amp;
