Reporting to a Superintendent, this role provides exposure to all facets of project execution and is a strong steppingstone toward Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager positions. You will gain hands-on experience with leading construction management software and contribute to impactful projects that improve NYC communities.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Support the Superintendent and project team with daily coordination of field and office activities.</li><li>Track schedules, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and meeting documentation.</li><li>Assist with subcontractor communication and compliance tracking, including <strong>MWBE participation and local hiring requirements</strong>.</li><li>Maintain accurate project records and ensure documentation is organized in Procore, CMiC, or other platforms.</li><li>Monitor project progress and flag potential issues to the Superintendent and project team.</li><li>Coordinate logistics, procurement, and field operations to support smooth project delivery.</li><li>Prepare reports and presentations for internal and client-facing meetings.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Preferred 1&ndash;3 years of experience in construction management, project coordination, or a related role.</li><li>Proficiency with <strong>construction software tools</strong>: Procore, Primavera P6, CMiC (or similar platforms).</li><li>Familiarity with NYC compliance standards, <strong>MWBE requirements</strong>, and local hiring practices.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, team-oriented approach.</li></ul><p><strong>Growth Opportunities</strong></p><p>This role offers a clear pathway for advancement, with opportunities to grow into Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager positions.
