    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Position Overview:</span></p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The person will be assisting the CFO / FP&amp;A manager in both regular and ad hoc assignments, including monthly P&amp;L forecast, post-closing analyses, annual budgeting, simulation analyses for major customer tender process, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The role will require the person to conduct analysis, identify key findings, draw conclusions, and present results in a clear and professional format</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This is a corporate headquarters role based in Taipei and part of the Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (“FP&amp;A”) team</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience in equity research / investment banking / logistics industry is a plus</span></li>\n</ol>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">G</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">eneral Responsibilities: </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Regular and ad hoc assignments include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Post month-end closing P&amp;L analysis</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Rolling monthly, quarterly and 3-year forecasts</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Regular performance tracking reports</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Annual budget planning process</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Simulation analysis for major customer annual tender processes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ad hoc financial modeling to support operational and financial improvement and assist business decision-making</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Task-level Responsibilities:  </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">To accomplish the assignments, the person will be required to commence the following tasks: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Conduct analysis, identify findings, draw conclusions and present result in a clear and professional format</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop a strong understanding of the company’s internal transaction flows and financial data structure</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Extract and process raw transaction data across multiple operating / accounting systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Periodically update analytical reports according to standard templates </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Build and construct financial models according to instructions and business needs</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education/Technical Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields</li>\n<li>Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint</li>\n<li>Additional experience with financial modeling is an advantage</li>\n<li>Strong command of written and spoken English</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Background/ Work Experience/Other Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting / planning and analysis</li>\n<li>Experience in equity research / investment banking / logistics (including freight forwarding) industry is a plus</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving, with the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from data</li>\n<li>Capable of working under pressure and potentially tight timelines</li>\n<li>Strong team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills</li>\n<li>Fast learner with proactive and self-motivated mindset</li>\n</ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br></p>\n\n\n",
