          "text": "<p>We are seeking an Oracle functional professional to become an integral part of a team that is responsible for supporting enhancements and integrations of our client’s Oracle Federal Financial EBS (on-premises) system and associated business processes. We are seeking a responsible, results-oriented Oracle functional professional with proven leadership capabilities and a passion for detail, achievement, and innovative thinking to provide advanced solutions to business challenges.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide leadership and support of Oracle EBS and related business processes.</li><li>Create and update system and process documentation and training materials</li><li>Monitor and support credit card reconciliation process and support reconciliation automation.</li><li>Support transition of payroll system from implementation to O&amp;M.</li><li>Support the transition to GO.gov travel system.</li><li>Support forms and process updates aligned with Oracle Fixed Assets.</li><li>Support G-Invoicing and other Treasury mandates.</li><li>Support the transition of the on-premises enterprise risk management (ERM) database to the cloud.</li><li>Provide analysis services, including analysis of requirements, alternatives, and feasibility studies and creation of conceptual designs.</li><li>Identify opportunities for innovation and automation.</li><li>Participate in business process improvement efforts.</li><li>Provide project management and oversight of development, implementation, and deployment activities.</li><li>Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other forms of testing.</li><li>Provide training development and delivery.</li><li>Provide regular status updates.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in a lead functional and/or project management role.</li><li>Hands-on experience supporting Oracle EBS, including federal financials, procurement, and fixed assets.</li><li>Hands-on experience supporting report, interface, conversion, enhancement (RICE) elements aligned with Oracle&#xa0; EBS.</li><li>Strong experience with federal accounting and federal financial/Treasury mandates.</li><li>Experience with enterprise risk management (ERM).</li><li>Experience designing, configuring, testing, and deploying RICE elements.</li><li>Experience developing and maintaining system and process documentation.</li><li>Experience developing and delivering system and process training.</li><li>Experience with travel systems used by the federal government.</li><li>Strong written and oral communication skills.</li><li>Bachelor degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Business, or related field</li><li>7+ years of relevant experience &#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>Highly Desirable Qualification:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with Go.gov travel system</li><li>Master degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Business, or related field</li></ul>",
