The Southwest Branch of Equitable Advisors is looking for a talented Advisor Support within the Scottsdale office. This person will report to the Complex Operations Manager and will support the branch manager and advisors throughout the Southwest offices.
This role requires full-time, in-office presence Monday through Friday, aligning with core hours (8:30 AM–5:15 PM MST) to ensure consistent, real-time support and a high-quality customer experience.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Recruiting support for our District Managers by sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews Coordinating between candidates and the Onboarding Manager Creating social media content and posts Serving in an Operations capacity to ensure the branch’s needs are met The base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
