Our Engineering and Installation Department specializes in Design Build Applications from the simplest to the most complex including air conditioning, heating, piping and process systems guaranteed to meet your specifications. PDM Group sells, installs and services all major brands of HVAC Equipment including Process and Comfort Chillers. We specialize in control systems including Building Automation, Process Chillers, and Cooling Towers for the Plastics Industry and specialty equipment such as Desiccant Dehumidifiers for the Food, Pharmaceutical and Process Industries, Humidification Systems and Data Center Cooling Equipment. POSITION OVERVIEW: The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator is responsible for warehouse/yard organization and upkeep, equipment and material in-flows and out-flows. They ensure a smooth and efficient operational flow of materials and equipment. They utilize company’s computer system to accurately receive materials and equipment and verify to Purchase Order system. RESPONSIBILITIES: Receive and label material deliveries to be staged in appropriate areas Maintain the cleanliness of warehouse, yard, building grounds and shop inventory Pick up parts and equipment from suppliers & deliver parts to jobs as necessary Mobilize equipment and materials for scheduled jobs Ability to drive truck and trailers to off-site locations Accurately confirm materials and equipment to Purchase Orders and Workorders Performs additional duties and responsibilities to help facilitate company operations MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Experience: General Computer skills and experience Valid driver's license and clean driving record Able to lift 50+ pounds Preferred Qualifications CDL (class A preferred) Forklift experience Experience using a Shipping/Receiving software Basic tool and equipment knowledge, use and skills General mechanical abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Verbal & written communication skills Attention to detail and organization Salary Range: $20-$25 hourly PDM Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer with a strong commitment to the achievement of excellence and diversity among its workforce.
