    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">Job Title: &nbsp;Fiber Splicer&nbsp;I&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Division: &nbsp;FiOptix Inc&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>FSLA Status: &nbsp;Non-Exempt&nbsp;</p><p>Reports To: &nbsp;Project Manager&nbsp;</p><p>Job Summary:&nbsp;This position&nbsp;is responsible&nbsp;for&nbsp;the&nbsp;maintenance and installation of new and existing fiber in an inside and outside plant environment. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities: &nbsp;</p><ul><li>Preparefiber cable into new or existing splice enclosure, tray, and splice fiber optic cable, to include single fiber and up to 12-count fiber&nbsp;</li><li>Splice fiber via mechanical or fusion methods&nbsp;</li><li>Identifyand accessfibers in an existingsplice enclosure&nbsp;</li><li>Installtermination panelson customer premiseas well asfiber terminals inanenvironmental cabinet and/or underground vault</li><li>Complete testing and turn-ups of subscribercircuits&nbsp;</li><li>Complete power meter testing&nbsp;</li><li>Completetherequiredclose outdocumentationfor all splice locations</li><li>Secure Company and customerissued assets and equipment in a safe manner at all times</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p>Qualifications:&nbsp;To perform this job&nbsp;successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily.
