      "description": "<p>Description</p><p>A Retail Team Member is a friendly seasonal hourly employee that safely stocks, sells merchandise goods, and has exceptional Guest service skills.</p><p>Requirements</p><p><strong>Key Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist Guests with selecting and purchasing merchandise and services.</li><li>Assist Guests with renting and accessing lockers.</li><li>Assist Guests with renting strollers and wheelchairs.</li><li>Assist lost children and parents.</li><li>Operate point of sale equipment.</li><li>Adhere to all credit card handling procedures.</li><li>Keep merchandise racks and shelves stocked and organized.</li><li>Price retail items using pricing tools and supplies.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of retail store, fitting rooms, storage rooms, strollers, lockers and cabanas.</li><li>Assist team Lead and Supervisor with inventory control.</li><li>Assist team Lead and Supervisor with merchandise orders and receiving deliveries.</li><li>Be friendly, smile, and greet Guests.</li><li>Maintain a safe working environment.</li><li>Report Guests that do not pay for goods or services.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Position Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be at least 16 years of age.</li><li>Must be able to speak and read English fluently.</li><li>Jefferson County Food Handlers Card.</li><li>Must be proficient with basic mathematics.</li><li>Must be able to work well with others and work in a team environment.</li><li>Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position stock weighing up to thirty pounds.</li><li>Ability to unpack merchandise, prepare it for sale, and place it on display.</li><li>Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time, walk, crouch, bend, stoop, twist, kneel, and lift.</li><li>Ability to climb a ladder and a footstool.</li><li>Ability to use a computer keyboard, touch screen, and mouse.</li><li>Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in hot, cold, humid, dry, sunny, rainy, and windy weather.</li></ul><p>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
