You will balance hands-on support with infrastructure management and project work. Our IT infrastructure is remote-first and cloud-based, with the physical landscape consisting primarily of Apple devices (MacBooks, iPhones, iPads), displays, and office equipment.<br><br><strong>IT Supp</strong><strong>ort & Opera</strong><strong>tions:</strong><br>• Provide on-site support for the Madrid team and overall remote support for the whole Aily team, resolving hardware and software issues<br>• Manage the lifecycle of IT assets (procurement, onboarding, offboarding, inventory)<br>• Administer SaaS applications and access management systems (Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom)<br>• Ensure meeting rooms, Zoom Rooms, and AV equipment are always operational and ready for uses<br><br><strong>Infrastructure & Projects:</strong><br>• Manage office network infrastructure (wireless access points and basic networking)<br>• Contribute to global IT projects such as MDM migration, security rollouts, or automation<br>initiatives<br>• Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks<br>• Create and maintain IT documentation and user guides<br>• Proactively identify areas for improvement in our IT processes and propose solutions<span style=\"color:rgba(0,0,0,0);font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-transform:none;font-size:16.8485px;font-family:serif;\"> </span>"

      "value": "<strong>Experience: </strong>2-4 years in IT Operations, Systems Administration, or Helpdesk roles, OR equivalent demonstrated skills in IT infrastructure management.<br>If you have strong skills but less experience, we encourage you to apply. We value your abilities and service mindset over years in the role.<br><br><strong>Must-Have Skills:</strong><br>• Strong systems thinking and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues<br>• Deep knowledge of macOS and iOS administration in an enterprise environment (we’re an all-Apple shop)<br>• Scripting skills (Bash, Python, or PowerShell) for automation and efficiency improvements<br>• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions (Jamf, Kandji, or Intune)<br>• Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi)<br>• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken)<br>• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills<br><br><strong>AI-First Mindset:</strong> You’ll leverage AI tools daily to maximize your efficiency and automate<br>routine tasks.<br><br><strong>Ownership:</strong> You’ll own your domain end-to-end. Your scope of ownership will be smaller or larger depending on your level, but you’re expected to own it completely—from design to delivery to maintenance.
