Performs all duties within the objectives, standards, and policies of Willis Automotive.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ensuring customers begin their ownership experience knowing how to fully operate their vehicles and consistently attain high scores and positive feedback on surveys.</li><li>Act as a technology specialist. Research current technology to stay up to date on the latest gadgets/apps (iPad, Bluetooth, iPod, smart phones, etc).</li><li>Proactively seek out information to master all vehicle features, controls and accessories on vehicles.</li><li>Follow up with customers after delivery to ask if they have any questions.</li><li>Coordinates the delivery process of sold vehicles to customers; ensures that customer understands the vehicle&rsquo;s operating features, warranty and paperwork.</li><li>Works as a member of a well-rehearsed team showing utmost attentiveness and respect to colleagues and guests alike.</li><li>Coordinates the vehicle delivery time with finance and sales staff to accommodate the guest&rsquo;s schedule.</li><li>Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and Saturday&rsquo;s</li><li>Communicates work accomplishments and activities to supervisor on a regular basis.</li><li>Performs any other related duties as assigned.</li><li>Work with the sales department to ensure the vehicle has made it through the process and is in the delivery room and ready prior to the scheduled delivery time.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What we need from you:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must have a valid Iowa driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>Must maintain an acceptable driving record in accordance with insurance provider</li><li>Ability to operate vehicles with manual and automatic transmissions</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Professional appearance and attitude</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information</li><li>Must have ability to work well in a team-based environment</li></ul></div>\n",
