Explains the property and spa treatments to guests concisely, using excellent communication skills.</p><p>&bull; Monitors guests&rsquo; needs on a continual basis, ensuring all requests will be promptly fulfilled.</p><p>&bull; Participates with others as a proactive team player to produce a smooth and well-rounded guest experience.</p><p>&bull; Assists other employees with side work, opening/closing duties as necessary.</p><p>&bull; Assist in all areas of the front office and spa, TEAMWORK is a must</p><p>&bull; Schedule lunches for therapists at appropriate times throughout the day.</p><p>&bull; Above average multi-tasking skills.</p><p>&bull; Thrives in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>&bull; Ability to perform basic and intermediate math.</p><p>&bull; Ability to use computer systems and other system applications such as Opera, Alice, Canary, Book4time, Ask suite, etc.</p><p>&bull; Ability to present self in a professional, pleasant, confident and well-groomed manner.</p><p>&bull; Ability to work effectively with other department employees and guests</p><p>&bull; Work closely with spa group sales staff to accommodate group reservations</p><p>&bull; Complete daily spa check-ins/pickups</p><p>&bull; Confirm Spa bookings and review intake forms.</p><p>&bull; Balance Book4Time</p><p>&bull; Assist with room utilization with therapists</p><p>&bull; Accountability for cash banks, deposits, and all POS transactions and reports.</p><p>&bull; Follow all department policies and procedures.</p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><strong>Required experience:</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">&bull;
