You will drive smart testing, digital transformation, automation, and data standardization initiatives supporting intelligent pump products across global manufacturing operations.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Accountabilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Smart Testing Strategy &amp; Automation</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead smart testing and automation initiatives for intelligent pump products.</li>\n<li>Drive adaptive testing logic, automated sequencing, and test optimization to improve efficiency and accuracy.</li>\n<li>Support development of future-ready automated test systems and validation platforms.</li>\n<li>Contribute to technology roadmaps for next-generation test automation solutions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PLC / SCADA Architecture &amp; Controls Engineering</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support PLC programming, SCADA development, maintenance, and lifecycle management for global test systems.</li>\n<li>Standardize PLC/SCADA architecture, reusable logic libraries, diagnostics, and safety functions.</li>\n<li>Coordinate control logic updates, version control, and system integration activities.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Test Program Logic &amp; Compliance</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish and maintain global standards for testing procedures, instrumentation, reporting, and documentation.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with quality systems, regulatory requirements, and customer standards.</li>\n<li>Support audits, customer visits, and digital traceability initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Operational Excellence &amp; Collaboration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain digital documentation for test systems, control logic, calibration, and validation records.</li>\n<li>Provide training, mentoring, and technical support to global engineering and operations teams.</li>\n<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, IT, quality, and product teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<p>To thrive in this role, you should bring:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education &amp;
