    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div>\n    <link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Alter Domus is currently seeking a new Associate I to join our Credit &amp; Structured Products team at our Carmel, IN office.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">JOB DESCRIPTION:</span></strong></span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Work with the Credit &amp; Structured Products team to gain loan-product and functional knowledge of the bank loan market to accurately input, review, analyze and process portfolios of syndicated bank loans;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Work with relevant Loan Services software and proprietary systems;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Liaise and coordinate with external clients and internal account management teams to ensure timely responsiveness and resolution to inquiries;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Responsible for daily cash and par coordination with client and trustee;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Review and distribute cash reconciliation and other daily reporting to clients;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Update client portfolios with post trade attribute and rating information;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Coordinate initial data comparison and reconciliation on CLO Monthly Reports; and</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Effectively interact with internal and external parties such as Loan Administration team, Asset Services, Recon, Trade Settlement, Trustees and Agent Banks.</span></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">YOUR PROFILE:</span></strong></span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Associate&rsquo;s or bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics preferred;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Basic knowledge of loan operations, commercial mortgage lending, and/or loan securitization with product knowledge and/or customer service experience;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Ability to independently research and resolve problems;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Responsive, friendly, professional, highly organized, and superb communication style;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Solid Microsoft Excel experience;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Knowledge or familiarity with Bloomberg, performance systems, and other loan research and analysis tools an advantage;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive within a high-volume data-entry environment with both proficiency and accuracy; and</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Demonstrated willingness to work within a deadline-driven environment.</span></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">ABOUT US:</span></strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Independent and possessing more than fifteen years&rsquo; experience in its field, Alter Domus has become a leader in corporate and management services for private equity &amp; infrastructure and real estate funds as well as listed and unlisted companies.
