Customer Route Driver

The Route Service Representative will make daily visits delivering and picking up customer products on an assigned route. Routes are serviced daytime hours Monday through Friday because in the Dempsey Family, we believe nights and weekends should be reserved for personal and family time. We offer full-time opportunities working 4 day work weeks (6:00am to 4:30pm) with weekends and holidays off. Located in Poughkeepsie, NY. Payrate starts at $25.00. What You'll Do Serve as the face of Dempsey Uniform & Linen Supply by building strong relationships with key customer decision-makers, maintaining high service standards, and proactively resolving customer concerns with professionalism and care. Operate a company vehicle along an established route to deliver and pick up rented products while supporting customers with additional product solutions that help improve their business operations. Combine exceptional customer service with consultative sales skills to grow your route organically and maximize your earning potential through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Maintain accurate invoices and inventory records, conduct regular inventory audits, identify additional service opportunities, and assist with renewing customer service agreements to support long-term account growth. Perform all responsibilities safely, professionally, and in full compliance with company policies, driving laws, and vehicle safety regulations. Benefits Weekly Pay.
