The ideal candidate will collaborate with our Corporate Supply Chain Team, Plant Management, and Plant Supervisors. This person will gather data in a timely manner to support plant operations, Corporate Supply Chain, and Finance. We are looking for a teammate who is comfortable with Google Sheets, possesses strong computer/technological proficiency, communicates effectively, is a high learner, and eagerly contributes to a dynamic Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate possesses excellent time management and problem solving skills. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">The specialist will own the information in the WMS and ensure it is correct at all times.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Tactical Responsibilities</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">- Create transactions in the ERP based on the production schedule to drive plant operations</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">- Manage daily system transactions in the WMS to keep HQ updated with real time information</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">- Work orders: create and manage work orders for each step of the conversion process of</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">raw materials to finished goods</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">- Transfer orders: create and manage transfer orders to move inventory between facilities</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">based on production, assembly, and outbound needs</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">- Cycle counts: create and manage cycle counts on a fixed schedule to ensure inventory</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">accuracy in both the WMS and ERP systems</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">- Inventory adjustments: ensure inventory adjustments are used correctly and with the</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">correct reason codes</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">- Receipts: check that all receipts are received and labeled correctly</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">- Shipments: monitor outbound shipments and ensure they are closed in the WMS</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">promptly after leaving the warehouse</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">- Identify and correct inventory and production discrepancies</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">- Assist in tracking local efficiencies throughout the plant</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">- Design, develop, and run reports that provide the facility with critical information used to make</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">real time decisions</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">- Create user guides and SOPs to facilitate the learning and simplify tasks for teammates</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(32, 33, 36);
