Scheduling, dependability, and flexibility are a must.</p><p><strong>A little bit about your day:</strong></p><p>Reporting to the Director of Spa, every day is different, but you will mostly:</p><ul><li>Promote Regent’s service philosophy and style through our people attributes.&nbsp;</li><li>Understand and adhere to Regent Spa policies and procedures.</li><li>Provide knowledgeable spa services with respect and professionalism.</li><li>Maintain tidy work areas and offer spa facility tours.</li><li>Cooperate with guests and colleagues, anticipating needs and upholding service standards.</li><li>Report guest issues to the Spa Manager on Duty.</li><li><p>Conduct daily client outreach and meet retail goals.</p><p>&nbsp;</p></li><li>Maintain 20% customer retention.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure safety, sanitation, and disinfection standards.</li><li>Clean and sanitize products, rooms, and equipment as per regulations.</li><li>Follow state licensing regulations and PPE guidelines.</li><li>Make decisions in line with general policies and procedures.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What We need from you:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 1-3 years of Massage Therapist experience, within a luxury hotel/resort preferred.</li><li>Must have current CA Massage Therapy License.</li><li>High School diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>Ability to stand for extended periods.</li><li>Ability to stand, stoop, and bend repetitively.</li><li>Carrying, pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 50 pounds.&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient in Massage Theory, Anatomy, and Physiology.</li><li>Polished, professional, with strong written and verbal English skills.</li><li>Organized, timely, and detail-oriented.</li><li>Basic computer software skills.</li><li>Flexible schedule including days, nights, holidays, weekends, and on-call availability.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What you can expect from us:&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left: 6pt;\">The&nbsp;hourly pay range for this role is <strong>$19.57/hr plus commission and gratuity </strong>with booked treatments<strong>.</strong> This rate is only applicable for jobs to be performed at&nbsp;<strong>Regent Santa Monica Beach</strong>.&nbsp;</p><p>IHG is an equal opportunity employer: Minorities / Females / Veterans / Disabled.</p>",
