Project Managers complete all aspects of assessments including field work, data compilation and report preparation for each project in accordance with the scope of work and our client needs. Our Project Managers are a core member of our project delivery team working with our Senior Project Managers and Account Managers to ensure the quality of our deliverables to our clients, exceeding their expectations along the way. &nbsp;</p><p>Field work will require travel up to 50% throughout the US to support national needs; employees may work from home when not traveling. Travel may include local and regional travel by car or air travel nationally.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>1-3&nbsp;years of recent experience conducting and/or managing PCAs, PCNAs, FCAs and/or engineering and architectural consulting services</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction-related field</li><li>Knowledge of building components, systems, and cost estimating&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge and experience with ASTM E2018 &ldquo;Standard Guide for Property Condition Assessments: Baseline Property Condition Assessment Process&rdquo;, as amended or restated from time to time</li><li>Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and related specification sections&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines</li><li>Strong technical writing skills, attention to detail and communication skills</li><li>Ability to communicate and work both independently and within a team environment</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook&nbsp;</li><li>Current, valid state driver&rsquo;s license (position requires a motor vehicle record background check)</li><li>Annual medical monitoring required</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Qualifications considered a plus, but not required:</strong></p><ul><li>Current professional licensure/registration (RA, PE, EIT, etc.)</li><li>Experience conducting Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, HUD, and other specialty project scopes</li><li>AutoCAD/Revit experience&nbsp;</li><li>RRC, RWC, REWC or similar certification(s)&nbsp;</li><li>Participation in National Standards Committees</li></ul><p><br></p><p><span data-teams=\"true\" data-pasted=\"true\"><em>The salary range shown for this position is Nova Group&rsquo;s good-faith estimate at the time of posting.
