Assist the Director and Clinical Directors in day-to-day admissions operations. </span></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><br></p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><u>RESPONSIBILITIES</u></span></strong></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Clinical</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Complete intake and admissions assessments for residential outpatient programs using a trauma informed lens onsite, offsite, or via telehealth) as needed</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Phone screen and assess potential clients</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Provide outpatient program coverage as required to meet staffing needs and fiduciary targets:<ol style=\"font-size: initial;\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Outpatient counseling duties to include but not limited to:<ul style=\"font-size: initial;\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Facilitation of individual and group level interventions during FT clinician vacation or leave</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Maintenance of primary counseling caseload commensurate with outpatient program needs and intake scheduling demands</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">OASAS compliance reporting as requested</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Preparation of court reports and federal probation/ pretrial documentation as requested</li></ul></li></ol></li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Collect urine, saliva and breathalyzer specimens for toxicology analysis.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Administrative</strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Complete quality admissions assessments in accordance with regulatory bodies (OASAS, CARF, and Medicaid) &nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Support the training of new admissions staff</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Track enrollments using a shared excel system</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Maintain waiting list as required by regulation</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Maintain accurate and organized records in the EMR</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Participate in quality assurance reviews</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Submit timely documentation for billing purposes</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Coordinate initial referrals and scheduling of medical, mental health with onsite service providers.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Ensure that clients&rsquo;
