    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Description:</span></p>\n<p>The Kids Pursuit Director at The Pursuit Church, Minot Campus, is the primary leader of our ministry environments encompassing birth through 5th grade. This full-time role provides the overall vision and leadership to create safe, engaging and age-appropriate environments for kids and families during weekend services and special events. The ideal candidate has a burning desire to equip families and kids to grow into devoted Jesus followers no matter their age.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide overall leadership to the Kids Pursuit team, both staff and volunteers.</li>\n<li>Oversee the recruiting, onboarding, and training of volunteers who serve within Kids Pursuit.</li>\n<li>Lead and develop teams through volunteers leveraging their strengths within the ministry.</li>\n<li>Ensure effectiveness and alignment of curriculum across kid’s rooms and campuses to ensure kids can strive towards becoming a disciple of Jesus.</li>\n<li>Work towards connecting spiritual impact from our environments into families homes.</li>\n<li>Set and maintain safety standards with the Kids Pursuit team to ensure all kids and leaders are safe and protected.</li>\n<li>Work collaboratively across our ministries as a local church.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Other responsibilities: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be available for “all staff” moments where we are “all in” as a church.</li>\n<li>Engage in ongoing leadership development.</li>\n<li>Attend required regular weekly/monthly meetings.</li>\n<li>Perform other duties assigned by Lead Team.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Organizational Leader</span> – Able to develop teams and oversee large groups of people.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Equipper</span><br>– The ability to teach and equip others for ministry.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Strategic Planner</span> – Able to look at the big picture and develop an annual plan to lead the ministry.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team Builder</span><br>– Experienced in recruiting, leading, and developing a team.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Passion</span> – Strives to connect ministry impact into ongoing spiritual growth at home.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Personal and Spiritual Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Professes Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior</li>\n<li>Commitment to personal spiritual growth and healthy lifestyle.</li>\n<li>Model standards and expectations of leaders within The Pursuit, including:</li>\n</ul>\n<p>            – Participation in the life of The Pursuit Church (groups, worship service, serving, &amp; giving)</p>\n<p>            – Abstain from illegal substances and excess alcohol.</p>\n<p>            – Use Social Media responsibly.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">How to Apply:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Submit your current resume that includes two non-relative letters of reference.</li>\n<li>Submit an application video that includes: 1) Why God is calling you to this position. 2) Qualifications for this position and why you desire to serve at The Pursuit Church.
