          "text": "<p><strong><u>Position Summary</u></strong></p><p>Inspects and evaluates components to determine if they are compliant to all HydraForce<br>\nspecifications.</p><p><strong><u>Duties and Responsibilities</u></strong><br>\nThe following reflects essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be&#xa0;<br>\nassigned. It is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as&#xa0;<br>\nthe company may deem necessary.<br>\n• Inspect components to determine if they are compliant to specifications<br>\n• Document inspection results as required<br>\n• Submit non-conformance reports for goods failing inspection<br>\n• Notify supervisors and other personnel of production problems and assist in identifying these&#xa0;<br>\nproblems<br>\n• Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products<br>\n• Record inspection data using established programs and software<br>\n• Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures<br>\n• Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations<br>\n• Complete any other tasks as assigned by supervisor</p><p><u><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></u><br>\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:&#xa0;<br>\n• Ability to walk/stand for long periods of time&#xa0;<br>\n• Lift and move a minimum of 20 pounds without assistance<br>\n• Working with small parts<br>\n• Repetitive hand/arm us<u><strong>e</strong></u></p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><u><strong>Work Environment</strong></u><br>\n• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer<br>\nOur Company mission is every employee’s primary job description<br>\n• Some of the work time is spent in a warehouse environment where temperatures are often&#xa0;<br>\nwarm or cool, depending upon the season, and noise level can be moderate to high</p><p>&#xa0;</p>",
