Candidates must have the ability to excel in a fast-paced organization, provide excellent customer service, be well written, and have a passion for the ServiceNow platform.</p>\n<h2>WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Administration, development, documentation, and technical support of the ServiceNow platform</p></li>\n <li><p>Performing configuration and customization including, but not limited to:</p></li>\n <li><p>Workflow/flow administration</p></li>\n <li><p>Performance analytics configuration</p></li>\n <li><p>Creating and maintaining SOAP/REST integrations</p></li>\n <li><p>Creating and maintaining all script types</p></li>\n <li><p>Creating and maintaining portal widgets</p></li>\n <li><p>Design, develop, and configure for the ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and CMDB modules</p></li>\n <li><p>Create new and maintain existing custom applications</p></li>\n <li><p>Review and refine designs for functionality and usability</p></li>\n <li><p>Regularly reviews testing scenarios and practices to ensure application performance and stability requirements are met</p></li>\n <li><p>Interacts with stakeholders from across the business</p></li>\n <li><p>Implement best practices and standards for the ServiceNow platform</p></li>\n <li><p>Produces and maintains detailed system documentation including:</p>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Design specifications</p></li>\n   <li><p>Troubleshooting steps</p></li>\n   <li><p>Deployment steps</p></li>\n   <li><p>Disaster recovery steps</p></li>\n   <li><p>Technical notes</p></li>\n   <li><p>Testing steps, etc.</p></li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU</h2>\n<p><strong>Must Have:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>4 years of experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of the ServiceNow platform</p></li>\n <li><p>Development experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and XML</p></li>\n <li><p>Understanding the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions, including SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, and FTPS.</p></li>\n <li><p>System/Process Automation (Orchestration) experience</p></li>\n <li><p>Experience creating custom Integration Hub Spokes</p></li>\n <li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p></li>\n <li><p>BS or BA degree in computer science, or equivalent experience</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Ability to develop quality documentation that clearly articulates solutions and the ability to perform demonstrations for clients</p></li>\n <li><p>Administration of a ServiceNow instance including the creation or modification of workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions</p></li>\n <li><p>ITIL Foundations 3.0 or higher</p></li>\n <li><p>ServiceNow Administrator Certification (Yokohama or Higher)</p></li>\n <li><p>ServiceNow Developer Certification (Yokohama or Higher)</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM products</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong understanding of ServiceNow’s CSDM</p></li>\n <li><p>Understanding of Agile practices</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>THE PLACE & THE PERKS</h2>\n<p>Ready to join thousands of talented team members who are making the dream of home ownership possible for more Americans?
