          "text": "<p>We are currently seeking an experienced Water Resources Engineer to join our team:</p><ul><li>Write, develop, organize, and review&#xa0;project studies, reports, and design documents for water resources projects.</li><li>Provide field services and construction oversight for water resources projects such as dams, levees, streams, and lakes.</li><li>Be a mentor and develop&#xa0;younger engineers to become effective water resource modelers, designers, planners, and project managers.</li><li>Engage in public speaking regarding civil engineer&#xa0;water resources projects.</li></ul><p>Likely Water Resource projects this role will be involved in are:&#xa0;hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, storm water planning, stream restoration, design of flood reduction and water quality improvements, and watershed-scale plans and studies.</p>",

          "text": "<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Agricultural and Biological Systems Engineering, Bioproducts and Biosystem Engineering, or related Engineering field.</li><li>8+ years of experience in water resources engineering, preferably in the Midwest.</li><li>ND&#xa0;Professional Engineer’s License or the ability to obtain one within 6 months.</li><li>Interest in leading others and pursuing continual growth as a leader.</li><li>Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel periodically.</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship at any point in the future.
