If you would love being a part of the Montana charm and providing the highest level of guest service, ensuring no detail is too small to overlook, and being a part of creating experiences, then Yellowstone Club is looking for you.<p>&nbsp;</p><p>Yellowstone Club&rsquo;s Culinary department is currently seeking candidates for Stewards for Winter 2026-2027!</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Responsibilities Include: &nbsp;</p><ul><li>Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans</li><li>Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dishwashing machine, handwash station, pot-scrubbing station, and trash compactor</li><li>Breakdown dirty bus tubs</li><li>Rack and spray items with hot water</li><li>Sort, soak, and wash/rewash silverware</li><li>Inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items and send soiled items back for rewashing</li><li>Store clean wares in appropriate areas</li><li>Wash and disinfect kitchen and storeroom areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment</li><li>Safely use and store detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals</li><li>Load/unload trucks that deliver or pickup food or supplies</li><li>Receive and stock supplies, store perishables, and rotate stock</li><li>Move equipment, supplies, or food</li><li>Empty and maintain trash cans and dumpster area</li><li>Sweep and mop floors</li><li>Dispose of glass in proper containers</li><li>Breakdown cardboard</li><li>Place recyclables in recycle bin</li><li>Assist with basic food preparation or serving, as needed</li><li>Prepare place settings</li><li>Set banquet tables</li><li>Follow all safety/security policies/procedures</li><li>Maintain a clean and neat appearance. Maintain outstanding service standards for Members and guests</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Position Requirements:</p><ul><li>Minimum 3 months steward or dishwashing experience in luxury club or private resort setting</li><li>Ability to operate dishwashing machine</li><li>Basic kitchen safety knowledge; speak/write English clearly/legibly</li><li>Frequently lift up to 40 lbs.</li><li>Constantly use hands/fingers to handle/organize/lift items</li><li>Constantly stand/walk/talk/hear</li><li>Frequently bend/stoop/kneel/crouch/reach w/ hands/arms</li><li>Constantly use vision for accuracy/attention to detail</li><li>Able to stand for extended periods of time</li><li>Must pass pre-employment background check, paid by employer, carried out equally among US and H-2B workers.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The position offered is a seasonal, full-time position located in Big Sky, MT.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Yellowstone Club offers great benefits including free public transportation from Bozeman to the Club upon hire and a complimentary meal each day.
