They are responsible for passenger and participant safety. Must adhere to all state and local safety protocols, traffic laws, and maritime regulations. Greet passengers, assist with loading and unloading while boarding and debarking. Conduct pre and post trip inspections. May assist with all resort activities. Perform outstanding guest service daily. Maintain interdepartmental lines of communication, and interact daily with guests and resort staff. &nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Cleans and cares for boat/shuttle bus</li><li>Foster positive working relationships and communication with all&nbsp;departments.&nbsp;</li><li>Operation: Safely operate shuttle vans, buses, or boats along designated routes.</li><li>Safety &amp;Maintenance: Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections (fluids, tire&nbsp;pressure, lights, safety gear).
