Over the past few years, we&rsquo;ve tripled in size, now employing over 2,200 team members and more than 160 physicians and advanced practitioners. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to the people who depend on us.</p><p>We&rsquo;re currently seeking dedicated <strong>Registered Nurses (RN)</strong> to join our <strong>Oncology&nbsp;Department</strong> at our <strong>Ontario, Bucyrus, and Galion locations</strong>.</p><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>Assesses, plans and implements the nursing care of patients within the specialty clinic. Participates in patient and family teaching. Maintains role as patient advocate with a focus on the facility&rsquo;s mission. Provides coordination to the clinical staff as to patient flow and clinical operations as directed by the Oncology Manager.</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><strong>Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.</li><li>BLS certification or obtained within 30 days of hire.</li><li>ACLS certification or obtained within 6 (six) months of hire.</li><li>Current completion of an online education program for PICC/Midline insertion or will to obtain within six (6) months of hire.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p><ul><li>Two (2) or more years of previous experience working in an outpatient specialty clinic/center.</li><li>Previous experience with PICC/Midlines.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Why Join the Avita Health System Team?</strong></p><p>At Avita, we&rsquo;re committed to creating a supportive, inclusive, and empowering environment where every team member plays a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our communities.
