    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Opportunity: Housekeeping Inspector</strong></p>\n<p>Inspect hotel rooms to ensure supplies and amenities are fully stocked, and room is up to HHM and brand standards for cleanliness and maintenance.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Potential Career Path</strong>    </p>\n<p>Housekeeping Supervisor – Assistant Executive Housekeeper – Executive Housekeeper</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Functions</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Train, schedule, coach and support associates, ensuring they perform in accordance with established brand or hotel standards and consistent with HHM core values.</li>\n <li>Inventory stock to ensure adequate supplies.</li>\n <li>Issue supplies and equipment to associates.</li>\n <li>Inspect work performed to ensure that it meets specifications and established standards.</li>\n <li>Perform or assist with cleaning duties as necessary.</li>\n <li>Confer with staff to resolve performance and personnel problems, and to discuss company policies.</li>\n <li>Oversee training of Room Attendants with partnering with third party vendor, if applicable.</li>\n <li>Screen job applicants, and hire new employees.</li>\n <li>Supervise Laundry employees, if applicable.</li>\n <li>Schedule employee work hours.</li>\n <li>Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.</li>\n <li>Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as requested by management.</li>\n <li>Practice safe work habits to ensure safety.</li>\n <li>Cross-train in the breakfast area to answer any guest related questions and assist with cleaning duties as necessary.</li>\n <li>Ensure overall guest satisfaction.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Position Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma preferred.</li>\n <li>Previous housekeeping experience.</li>\n <li>Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Work Environment and Context </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays, and weekends.</li>\n <li>Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, reaching, kneeling, bending. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We Believe</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>People Are Our Capability – Hearts That Serve – Only Excellence – Stay Nimble - Own It</p>\n<h2>About Us </h2>\n<p>HHM Hotels is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
