Join us in making a tangible difference and shaping a better future for our country. </p>\n<p>Our approach goes beyond the project to the people – who are the heart of it all.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide leadership and mentorship to the Business Unit staff, including developing standards, delivering training, and identifying internal expertise. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide leadership and mentorship on your projects, including delivering training, leading project meetings, solving complex challenges, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring every project stays on track and delivers results. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Act as a trusted partner, applying your expertise in project controls to help our clients to navigate the complexities of capital projects, delivering results that align with their vision. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Build lasting relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and relationship manager for key clients, nurturing partnerships that drive mutual success. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Be accountable for client satisfaction and embrace a client-centric attitude. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain contact with existing and prospective clients and respond to business development and sales opportunities with support from the Business Development Team, Principal or Regional Vice President. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Work with and advise a variety of client groups in both the public and private sectors, including local authorities, provincial government, federal government, agencies, and private sector clients. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the Principal(s) and/or Regional Vice President in performance management and recruitment activities to ensure the team is performing optimally and accomplishing its goals. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Establish a presence in the Colliers community (local and online). </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A minimum of six years of experience leading a team of project controllers (or other practitioners) in the delivery of professional services. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience and aptitude in a leadership or people management role, providing oversight to a multidisciplinary team. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>A university degree or diploma in business administration, commerce, finance, engineering, architecture, construction management, or comparable degree (or an equivalent combination of academic and practical experience). </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Effective leadership and organizational skills with the ability to effectively influence others and successfully resolve a variety of client, project and technical issues. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong knowledge of all project controls disciplines, various project management models, financial management, and relevant standards. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>A strong desire to grow the business presence in the project controls space and expand the team to meet company growth targets. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Clear understanding of a professional services business model, including workforce composition strategies. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Professional industry credentials such as PMP, P.Eng., CET, RA, or similar industry-recognized designation is considered a strong asset. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Preference for candidates with Transit industry experience. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience building and nurturing long-term client relationships is considered a strong asset. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Expected Compensation: $114,416 - $153,197 per year (CAD)</p>\n<p>This compensation range represents our good-faith estimate at the time of posting, based on market benchmarks and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined considering the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications and regional consideration.
