    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p>(This is a Certified position)</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><u>Job Summary:&nbsp; Two day shifts, 1 Night shift</u></strong></p><p>Assists nursing staff in meeting the clients&rsquo; biopsychosocial, developmental, spiritual, and cultural needs while functioning as an integral part of the treatment team.</p><p>&nbsp;<strong><u>Functions and Duties:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Provides direct patient care activities as directed by the licensed nursing staff in accordance with defined departmental and organizational policies and procedures.</li><li>Assumes responsibility for clients assigned.</li><li>Communicates client status and any changes in condition to Charge nurse in a timely manner.</li><li>Responds promptly and cooperatively to direction given by licensed staff.</li><li>Records client information accurately and in a timely manner.</li><li>Takes and records client&#39;s blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiratory rate, and capillary blood glucose testing including quality controls. &nbsp;Informs nurse of abnormal results immediately.</li><li>Records clients&rsquo; food intake, output, hours of sleep, as appropriate.</li><li>Monitors clients and documents appropriately according to risk precaution level.</li><li>Maintains a safe environment monitoring continuously for any harmful contraband.</li><li>Attends in-services, training, and meetings as required.</li><li>Precepts and trains other employees as assigned.</li><li>Follows chain of command resolving any issues or problems identified.</li><li>Establishes collaborative relationship with physicians and other members of the health care team.</li><li>Promotes harmonious relationships among the health care team and internal/external customers.</li><li>Performs all other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications:</u></strong></p><p><u>Education</u></p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED equivalent required.</li></ul><p><u>Experience</u></p><ul><li>One years experience in a health care or related setting preferred.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><u>Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations</u></p><ul><li>Certified Nurse Assistant required.</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>BLS (Basic Life Support) certification &ndash; can be obtained within six months of employment.</li></ul><p><u>Skills and Abilities</u></p><ul><li>None.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Physical Demands:</u></strong></p><ul><li><h1><br></h1></li><li>Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when required (i.e. mask, gown gloves).</li><li>Requires grasping and reaching with hands/arms.</li><li>Ability to lift up to, but not limited to 25 pounds when assisting clients, turning clients or assisting client with activities.</li><li>Requires bending, stooping, and walking.</li><li>Requires good body mechanics to prevent injury. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul></div>\n<br/>Two day shifts, 1 Night shift",
