    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 30px;\">This opportunity is only open to CURRENT DART Drivers</span></strong></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>The career opportunity:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The DART CDL Bus Driver &ndash; Relief provides safe, courteous and on-time transportation to customers in buses, adhering to traffic regulations and maintaining schedules/routes. &nbsp;The Relief Driver communicates respectfully while providing excellent customer service to passengers. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>The DART Relief CDL Bus Driver must meet these minimum qualifications</strong>:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must be a current DART Driver in good standing (no PIPs in the last 6-months) with excellent attendance and excellent safety record.</li><li>Required to know at least 10 routes.</li><li>Required to drive all buses.</li><li>Must have flexibility as one&rsquo;s schedule may change or be extended based on business need.</li><li>Must have ability to learn or have knowledge of all routes based out of Kent or Willows.</li><li>Hold a valid Washington Commercial Driver License with Passenger Endorsement.</li><li>Able to pass the DOT (Department of Transportation) Medical examination.</li><li>Be available to work a flexible work schedule which may include morning and afternoon shifts, nights and weekends.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Examples of what you will be doing:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Provide safe, courteous and on-time transportation to customers in buses; adheres to traffic regulations.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate and interact with individuals of various backgrounds and abilities; communicate with dispatchers by radio and provide verbal and written incident/accident reports.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist and secure passengers; provide special assistance as needed, such as opening doors, operating lift and ramp, securing wheelchair. &nbsp;</li><li>Maintain schedules on regular fixed routes, deviations, collect fares, issue transfers; provide verbal information to the public regarding routes, schedules and transfer points (Transit Centers).</li><li>Inspect vehicle before and after operation; (Pre and Post trip).</li><li>Maintain punctuality and regular attendance in-order to provide dependable service to the public.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>How you will be compensated:&nbsp;</strong><em>Hopelink is proud to provide meaningful paid time away from work and an affordable, comprehensive benefits package</em><em>.</em></p><ul><li><strong>Compensation:</strong> current rate of pay, plus shift differential</li><li>No changes to current benefits package</li></ul></div>\n",
