font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Cost estimates and peer reviews at all stages from SD to CD </span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #5f5f5f; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Cost advice exercises and optional appraisals as required to enable informed decision making to achieve successful projects</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #5f5f5f; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Procurement advice and strategies tailored to the project conditions, to best meet the client’s needs and requirements</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #5f5f5f; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Bid process including RFP preparation, bid levelling and recommendation, plus providing commentary of contractual documentations</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #5f5f5f; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Monthly financial cost reporting, forecasting and cash flow analysis</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #5f5f5f; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Change order management, including entitlement review, measurement, negotiations and recommendation as per the contractual documents and the clients’ approved process</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #5f5f5f; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Payment requisitions, soft costs invoices, plus liaising with the client’s accounting team</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"color: #5f5f5f; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
