This position will offer a hybrid work arrangement and will report to the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Credit Manager.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage credit related activities for assigned products/regions</li>\n<li>Assess and evaluate current and new business opportunities</li>\n<li>Provide support to senior management in risk assessment and decision making<br>Liaise with Traders, Customers, and Banks to discuss credit matters and resolve issues</li>\n<li>Analyze customer financial statements to authorize or recommend credit limits</li>\n<li>Request and review third party credit reports and credit references</li>\n<li>Visit customers to assess credit worthiness</li>\n<li>Monitor exposure, release orders and manage collections of their own portfolio</li>\n<li>Prepare and review reports to monitor exposures<br>Uphold internal credit policies and procedures<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required</li>\n<li>Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a credit role</li>\n<li>Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.</li>\n<li>Highly analytical and able to problem solve</li>\n<li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li>\n<li>Detail oriented</li>\n<li>Comfortable being assertive and making tough decisions</li>\n<li>Thrives in a fast paced environment</li>\n<li>Strong technical proficiency in Excel</li>\n<li>Familiarity with business intelligence tools and ERP systems (JD Edwards, Oracle BI, is a plus)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Tricon is an equal opportunity employer.
