The Inventory Specialist will ensure inventory accuracy by accurately counting materials, processing material reports and transfers, and supporting continuous improvement of inventory management processes.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>· Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts of inventory to ensure accuracy of stock levels&nbsp;</p><p>· Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including root cause analysis&nbsp;</p><p>· Reconcile physical counts with system records and make necessary adjustments&nbsp;</p><p>· Maintain accurate documentation of inventory transactions and audit trails&nbsp;</p><p>· Monitor inventory accuracy metrics and report findings to management&nbsp;</p><p>· Collaborate with warehouse, receiving, and shipping teams to correct inventory issues&nbsp;</p><p>· Assist in identifying process improvements to reduce inventory errors&nbsp;</p><p>· Support physical inventory counts and audits as required&nbsp;</p><p>· Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures&nbsp;</p><p>· Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems to track and manage inventory</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p><em>Required</em></p><p>· High school diploma or equivalent required&nbsp;</p><p>· 2-5 years of experience in <strong>inventory control, warehouse operations, or cycle counting</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>· Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices&nbsp;</p><p>· Experience with WMS or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan) preferred&nbsp;</p><p>· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis</p><p>· Experience in Manufacturing industry</p><p><em>Preferred</em></p><p>· Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in related field.</p><p>· Relevant Warehouse experience within the past 5 years.</p><p><strong>Skills and Competencies:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.</p><p>· Proficiency with ERP Systems.</p><p>· Strong attention to detail and accuracy&nbsp;</p><p>· Analytical and problem-solving skills&nbsp;</p><p>· Ability to investigate discrepancies and identify trends&nbsp;</p><p>· Good communication and teamwork skills&nbsp;</p><p>· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision&nbsp;</p><p>· Time management and organizational skills</p><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;the shift&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to complete various activities in &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;the Warehouse that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;parts/components</li></ul><p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p><p>· Monday- Friday with weekend very likely</p><p>· 1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm</p><p>· 2nd shift 12:30pm- 8:30pm&nbsp;</p>",
