Our reach extends across 55+ distribution centers and thousands of retail locations in the U.S. and Canada, ensuring that we deliver the right door for every opening – from homes to businesses and beyond.</p>\n<p>By joining our team, you become part of a legacy that blends the residential elegance of Clopay, known as \"America’s Favorite Garage Doors,\" with the industrial strength and 180-year heritage of our rolling brands, Cornell and Cookson.  Together, we secure everything from family garages to the world's most iconic stadiums and skyscrapers.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We currently have the following openings in our Mountaintop, PA Manufacturing Facility<br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We are seeking outstanding, highly motivated and energetic candidates to join our growing team on all shifts.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We are looking to fill positions in :</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Shaft Assembly (Fabricator)- Light welding skills required - 1st and 3rd Shift</span></li>\n<li>Assemble and mark pipe according to shop sheets / Drill pipe, grease spring and place in pipe / Weld gear ends and fasten.<br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Guide Prep (Fabricator) -Light welding skills required- 1st Shift and 2nd Shift<br></span></li>\n<li>Mig welding / Tapping holes in drilled out tubes and interlock plates / Grind down welds to a smooth and durable finish / Form bell mouths, weld on wind locks / drill tube holes as required.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Grille Guides (Fabricator) - 1st Shift</span></li>\n<li>Pack aluminum guides / Make material pulls / Update schedule on computer / Machine Shop Skills </li>\n<li><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Vertistack (Fabricator) -Light welding skills required-  2nd Shift</span></li>\n<li>Bead weld different thicknesses of material / Weld and assemble / Operator Drill Press, Grinds, Saws</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Guide Prep (Fabricator II) - Light welding skills required -2nd Shift</span></li>\n<li>Mig Welding required / Tapping holes in drilled out tubes and interlock plates / Form bell mouths, weld on wind locks, drill tube holes as required</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hood Packing (Packager) - 2nd Shift</span></li>\n<li>Placing all product needed to complete a job into a box / Print labels / Sign final inspection of ISO Tags/ Use bander and staple gun to secure boxes.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Powder Coat (Packager) -  3rd Shift</span></li>\n<li>Load converyor system maximizing available sq. footage of the line / Perform and record thickness test / Filling out ISO Tags and updating computer schedule</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Guide Assembly (Assembler) - 3rd Shift </span></li>\n<li>Ensure correct bolt types are used on each job / Use of guide gap tool to adjust guide as needed /Must ensure any brush / weather strip is supplied as required /Ensure angles are proper material and / or color<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Our new team members are starting at $20.00 to $23.00 with an additional shift differential of $1.50 /hour for working 2nd or 3rd shift and $2.00/hour for 4th shift</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">1st Shift 7:00 am to 3:00 pm</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">2nd Shift 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">3rd Shift 11:00 pm to 7:00 am</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">4F Shift (Fri-Sat-Sunday) 7:00 am to 7:00 pm 4M Shift (Sat-Sun-Monday) 7:00 am to 7:00 </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified candidates must possess a High School diploma, must be able lift up to 50 pounds, and have the ability to work at a quick pace.</li>\n<li>Previous experience working in a manufacturing facility.</li>\n<li>Understand, interpret and utilize blueprints / drawings</li>\n<li>Ability to use hand tools and read a tape measure with accuracy</li>\n<li>Computer knowledge</li>\n<li>Meet Safety, Production and Quality standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Choose a Career With Us?</span></p>\n<p>We don't just manufacture doors; we engineer the \"front door\" of the American dream and the security of global commerce.
