PWS is a genetic disorder that can affect appetite regulation, behavior, emotional control, and developmental functioning, requiring a highly structured and closely supervised treatment environment.</p><p data-start=\"841\" data-end=\"1161\">Our program focuses on behavioral management, medical stability, and skill development in a supportive clinical setting. Our interdisciplinary team works closely with patients and their families to promote safety, independence, and improved quality of life through individualized treatment plans and evidence-based care.</p><hr data-start=\"1163\" data-end=\"1166\"><h2 data-section-id=\"170qn5c\" data-start=\"1168\" data-end=\"1189\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Position Summary</span></h2><p data-start=\"1190\" data-end=\"1585\">The <strong data-start=\"1194\" data-end=\"1234\">Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)</strong> provides direct behavioral support to pediatric patients with Prader-Willi Syndrome and related medical or behavioral conditions.
