    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>The location for this job posting is Wichita, Kansas</u></strong></p><p>&nbsp;The Sales Route Driver is responsible for the delivery and restocking of products to retail stores and/or wholesale distribution locations.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><em>Responsibilities:</em></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Safely load, unload, and deliver products to each account.</li><li>Drive truck over established route to deliver, stock, and stage products at customer locations.</li><li>Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays and deliver promotional material to customers.</li><li>Verify shipment accuracy and salable condition of the product.</li><li>Resolve discrepancies and customer complaints.</li><li>Collect empty containers, and rejected, or unsold merchandise for a return.</li><li>Complete daily inventory, orders, delivery invoices, and proof of delivery as required.</li><li>Perform Motor Vehicle Inspections on trucks to conform to DOT regulations and company policy and assist with routine maintenance on trucks.</li><li>Exhibit courteousness toward customers and work cooperatively with co-workers and supervisors.</li><li>Maintain a neat appearance and follow established policies and the direction of management.</li><li>Maintain vehicle and hours of service logs as required by DOT.</li><li>Maintain reliable attendance and consistent work hours.</li></ul><p><em>&nbsp;</em></p><p><strong><em>Qualifications:&nbsp;</em></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must have a valid Class B CDL.</li><li>Ability to read, write, perform basic mathematical calculations, and accurately record data required.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum Age: 21, per Federal D.O.T. regulations.&nbsp;</li><li>Past Route Sales experience, product delivery and customer service preferred.</li></ul><p><em>&nbsp;</em></p><p><strong><em>Physical Demand/Working Conditions:&nbsp;</em></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must&nbsp;be able to frequently stand, walk, kneel, reach, climb, pull, and bend.</li><li>The route sales driver will have to stack and unstack items weighing 50 pounds from a height of approximately 7 feet to the ground and back continually as well as drag stacks of milk weighing approximately 240 pounds, throughout the shift.&nbsp;</li><li>Load and unload truck and carry merchandise.&nbsp;</li><li>Required to work in very hot (100&deg;+) and very cool (less than 32&deg;) environments throughout the year.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><em>Benefits:&nbsp;</em></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Guaranteed rate: $975 base pay per week</li><li>Medical, Dental, Vision insurance</li><li>401k</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><em>Hiland Dairy Foods Company is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.</em></p><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div>\n",
