    "description": "<p>Concept2, a market leader in the manufacturing of stationary fitness ergometers and composite racing oars, is seeking a skilled and motivated craftsperson to join our Oar Production team at our Headquarters in Morrisville, VT on a full-time basis. You will be trained to craft the finest oars in the world - those used by the majority of Olympic rowers.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you’ll do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handling carbon fiber material and epoxy resins</li>\n<li>Molding component parts, shafts, and blades</li>\n<li>Cutting and finishing parts</li>\n<li>Assembling molded parts into a finished product</li>\n<li>Testing, inspecting, and boxing oars</li>\n<li>Noticing and solving problems proactively and collaboratively</li>\n<li>Attending and contributing to team meetings</li>\n<li>Repairing oars </li>\n<li>Area clean-up and other duties to assist and support Production and business needs<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we expect:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least one year of professional experience working with your hands</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and quality</li>\n<li>Excellent reasoning/problem-solving skills</li>\n<li>Proficient with a variety of shop tools</li>\n<li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li>\n<li>Experience with Microsoft Suite</li>\n<li>Willingness and ability to work with carbon fiber material and epoxy resins and dust</li>\n<li>Must be able to lift 50 lbs. (only occasionally)</li>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent certification</li>\n<li>Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A., now and in the future.
