You are not just filling positions; you are identifying the innovators and safety experts who will solve our planet's greatest challenges.</p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>End-to-End Recruitment:</strong> Own the full-cycle hiring process—from the initial intake with hiring managers to the final offer.</li>\n <li><strong>Pipeline Building:</strong> Proactively hunt, source, and engage passive talent for critical, hard-to-fill technical and engineering roles.</li>\n <li><strong>Brand Ambassadorship:</strong> Champion our company culture by delivering a world-class, professional candidate experience.</li>\n <li><strong>Outreach & Impact:</strong> Ignite future talent pipelines by participating in university partnerships, industry events, and workforce development initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business, combined with a minimum of 2 years of talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting experience.</p></li>\n <li><p>Preferred background in technical/specialized recruitment or experience navigating the nuclear, energy, engineering, or industrial sectors.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Total Rewards Package</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Salary:</strong> $66,000 - $88,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
