Responsible for the implementation, coordination, advancement, and support of the Security Program at the site level and will support functional objectives within the framework of Fresh Mark&rsquo;s corporate philosophy. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Specific responsibilities include:</strong></p><ul><li>&nbsp;Manage the day-to-day functions of the Security Team at the facility level. Perform the same duties as all Security Guards plus lead responsibility for all security personnel on all shifts.</li><li>Ensure all Security Guards perform their duties as instructed by the Security Program.</li><li>Ensure that all Security Guards document the daily activities of the facility and complete the necessary reports regarding incident, irregularities, and unauthorized activities.</li><li>Lead, plan and schedule security activities as directed.</li><li>Participate in the development, testing and implementation of security plans, products and control techniques.</li><li>Inform appropriate personnel of any emergencies or unusual situations.</li><li>Respond to all security incidents and emergencies in a supervisory capacity ensuring appropriate action is taken and notifications are made.</li><li>Assist with interviewing, selecting and ensure proper onboarding of new Security Guards and assist in evaluating the performance of Security Guards.</li><li>Assign work to Security Guards and establish priorities.</li><li>Lead and evaluate security reports for accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Investigate all security and ensure appropriate action is taken and notifications are made.</li><li>Determine and recommend changes to improve security operations.</li><li>Provide Security Guards with direct training and advise Security Guards on new security practices and procedures.</li><li>Utilize security systems and devices such as cameras, monitors, etc. on a regular basis to monitor activity inside and around the facility.</li><li>Assure all functions of the department is operating properly and maintain a safe and secure environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent</li><li>Prior experience working in security, criminal justice, law enforcement, or military.</li><li>Availability to work any shift.
