    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>A new opportunity has opened up for an experienced in vivo oncology expert (m/f/d) to join our team in Gräfelfing, Germany.</p>\n<p>In this role, you will act as a key scientific interface between Crelux, our clients, and the global technology platforms within the WuXi AppTec network. You will combine deep scientific expertise with a strong client focus to support oncology drug discovery projects and enable business growth.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Act as subject matter expert (SME) for in vivo oncology pharmacology</li>\n <li>Support business development by identifying and shaping new project opportunities</li>\n <li>Serve as primary scientific contact for European clients</li>\n <li>Understand client needs and provide expert guidance on oncology-related services and solutions</li>\n <li>Collaborate closely with internal and global (WuXi) scientific teams to stay aligned on capabilities and developments</li>\n <li>Translate client requirements into tailored scientific proposals and solutions</li>\n <li>Support preparation and delivery of scientific presentations, proposals, and RFP responses</li>\n <li>Participate in client meetings and technical discussions, ensuring clear communication of scientific concepts</li>\n <li>Provide scientific input and training to internal teams involved in client interactions</li>\n <li>Represent Crelux at scientific conferences and industry events</li>\n <li>Gather market and client insights to support service development and innovation</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>PhD or MD in Oncology, Pharmacology, Life Sciences, or a related field</li>\n <li>At least 8 years of experience in oncology research and drug development</li>\n <li>Strong expertise in in vivo pharmacology models</li>\n <li>Experience in client-facing or advisory roles within CRO, pharma, or biotech</li>\n <li>Deep understanding of oncology drug discovery (target validation to preclinical development)</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific concepts clearly</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills</li>\n <li>Fluent English language skills</li>\n <li>Experience working in international and cross-cultural environments</li>\n <li>High level of initiative, organization, and adaptability</li>\n <li>Willingness to travel within Europe and occasionally internationally</li>\n</ul>",
