They must possess excellent organizational and communication skills and a knowledge of the complete construction process.</p><p><strong>Duties will include but not be limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee the construction operations for multiple projects in multiple locations including</li><li>Bidding</li><li>Award &#8211; (General Contract and Sub-contracts)</li><li>Permitting</li><li>Construction</li><li>Project close-out</li><li>Interaction with various clients, design professionals and consultants</li><li>Review all plans and specifications for assigned projects</li><li>Assemble project budgets and estimates in cooperation with the estimating department</li><li>Maintain and update project schedules</li><li>Review, evaluate and negotiate construction contracts and change orders with Clients and various sub-contractors</li><li>Maintain Company safety protocols</li><li>Maintain Quality control for all projects</li><li>Actively seek additional construction opportunities</li><li>Perform site visits and evaluations for potential projects</li><li>Utilize Procore, Smartsheet and Microsoft Office for all reporting and job tracking</li></ul><p><br><em>At SFV Services, we don't just build structures &#8211; we build an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive!
