Works with contractors that work in the facility and grounds. May request and review bids, project pricing, and recommend selection of contractors.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"color:#000000\">Works with the Maintenance Director and outside agencies such as, fire, health, building depts., etc. to ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulations related to facilities and grounds.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Verdana\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Identifies and mitigates significant business, financial, and operating risks and advises supervisor and management on maintenance issues and projects as requested.</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Verdana\"><span style=\"color:#000000\">Recommends updates to facility plans periodically.
