This role balances the critical need for uninterrupted clinical care with the fiscal necessity of cost containment and lean logistics. You will oversee procurement, inventory management, distribution, and vendor relations while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Strategic Sourcing &amp; Procurement:</strong> Lead the selection and negotiation of Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contracts and local vendor agreements to ensure high-quality supplies at the best value.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Inventory &amp; Logistics Management:</strong> Optimize par levels across all clinical departments (ER, OR, ICU, etc.) to prevent stockouts while minimizing waste and expired products.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Financial Oversight:</strong> Manage the annual supply chain budget, analyze spend patterns, and report on Variances.
