    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\">Night Warehouse Team Member &ndash; Forklift / Truck Loader Operator</p><p>Our Night Warehouse Team Members are responsible for accurate product selection and</p><p>shipments for customer orders. This position will work with team members to ensure that pick</p><p>slots are filled in a timely manner to ensure that Team members are accurately selecting</p><p>orders. This position is also required to load our trucks according to that night&rsquo;s operational</p><p>needs. We work as a team to safely, accurately, and efficiently select products to fulfill</p><p>customer needs.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><p> Safe, accurate, product selection to build customer orders using a ride-on electric pallet</p><p>jack and other warehouse equipment.</p><p> Wrap and stage product pallets to prepare shipments.</p><p> Perform forklift duties using a stand in forklift.</p><p> Perform duties to load trucks</p><p> Work safely, efficiently, and collaboratively, with a team</p><p> Follow all safety guidelines and exercise solid judgement.</p><p> Keep all warehouse work areas clean and organized.</p><p> All other duties as assigned</p><p>Experience/Skills/Requirements</p><p> Previous warehouse experience using stand in forklifts and pallet jacks is required.</p><p> Must be able to use all warehouse selection equipment that is computer-based</p><p>operations</p><p> Must be able to work independently</p><p> Must be able to read English</p><p> Excellent attention to detail</p><p> Safety conscious &lsquo;heads-up attitude/approach</p><p> Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team-based environment.</p><p> Adhere to all safety guidelines/requirements, including proper body mechanics.</p><p> Dependable and punctual</p><p> Effective communication and interpersonal skills</p><p>Physical and Mental Demands</p><p><br></p><p>Physical and mental ability to perform the duties of this job include physical ability to lift</p><p>product of varying weights of up to 65 lbs. from and to multiple levels, including above</p><p>shoulder and at floor level on a frequent basis; ability to push, pull reach for, and move</p><p>products using a pallet jack or other material handling equipment; continuous standing for up</p><p><br></p><p>Night Warehouse Team Member &ndash; Forklift &ndash; Truck Loader 5/6/2026</p><p>to 6-12 hours (with normal break schedules); frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching,</p><p>climbing (stairs) and reaching. Must be able to work in varying temperatures (0&deg;F to 75&deg;F).</p><p>Ability to concentrate on details, accurately read from printed order lists, use of RF Scan guns</p><p>and to perform more than one task at a time, while maintaining order accuracy and</p><p>performance rates.
