Do you want to join a high-performing team of dedicated professionals who work effectively together, have fun, and share the joy of truly making the word a better place?&nbsp;</p><p>Through the dedication and commitment of our staff, Thrive&rsquo;s clients receive the highest quality of care available, incorporating proven, effective treatment for substance use and mental health disorders.</p><p>The ideal candidate will be results-driven, team-and detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working on multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide assessment, coordination, advocacy, and support to the clients of the CSP program for the purpose of creation, development, or enhancement of an individual support network.</li><li>Provide internal and external training related to the value and necessity of support networks in the maintenance of positive mental health.</li><li>Assess the volume, reciprocity, and positive value of individual support networks.</li><li>Develop and implement treatment plans and interventions aimed at improving the support networks of assigned caseload or individual.</li><li>Develop contacts and relationships with collateral community agencies or organizations that may assist in the fulfillment of support network functions.</li><li>Teach basic communication skills that would enable an individual to succeed in developing positive relationships with others.</li><li>Produce billing forms, logs, data collection, and clinical documentation in accordance with Organization standards and State and Federal licensing regulations.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Master&#39;s degree in Rehabilitation or related field or certificate as a career development facilitator, or</li><li>A Bachelor&#39;s degree in the human services, business, or related field</li><li>Valid driver&#39;s license required</li><li>Supported Employment Professional Certification preferred, or working toward</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><p>Thrive Behavioral Health provides a friendly/family working environment, whose values include Dignity, Respect, Teamwork and Professional Support and Development.
