This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operations with minimal downtime. The role also contributes to equipment upgrades and continuous improvement efforts.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h3>What We Offer</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive pay</li>\n <li>Comprehensive benefits package</li>\n <li>Paid time off</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>\n<p><strong>Electrical Maintenance & Troubleshooting</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain and repair electrical systems, including motors, PLCs, HMIs, sensors, encoders, and control systems</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues in high-speed manufacturing equipment</li>\n <li>Work with 380VAC and 24VDC systems, including VFDs, servo drives, and electro-mechanical controls</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Safety & Compliance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Follow OSHA, NEC, and company safety standards</li>\n <li>Perform arc flash assessments and adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate maintenance and inspection records</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Collaboration & Continuous Improvement</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work closely with maintenance, engineering, and production teams</li>\n <li>Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime</li>\n <li>Assist with installation and startup of new equipment</li>\n <li>Help manage electrical spare parts inventory</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h3>Qualifications</h3>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>3–5+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience (high-speed manufacturing or packaging preferred)</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and servo systems (Siemens or Allen-Bradley preferred)</li>\n <li>Familiarity with industrial communication networks such as Profibus or Profinet is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong troubleshooting skills with motor controls, drives, and sensors</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and ladder logic</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of instrumentation (pressure, level, temperature)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Soft Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability</li>\n <li>Team-focused and collaborative</li>\n <li>Clear communication and documentation skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h3>Preferred Credentials</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Licensed Electrician (Journeyman or Master)</li>\n <li>OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, or similar certifications</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h3>Education</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Diploma or associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electricity, or a related field</li>\n <li>Apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on training preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Can-One USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers all qualified applicants without regard to protected characteristics.</p>   \n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $0.00 - USD $0.00 /Hr.",
