With a focus on empowering individuals to achieve greater independence and inclusion in the community, Ohio Valley Goodwill has been serving the Greater Cincinnati area for over 100 years.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>POSITION SUMMARY: (WHAT, HOW, WHY)</strong><br>The Warehouse Team Lead supports Goodwill&rsquo;s mission of sustainability and environmental stewardship by overseeing the safe and efficient processing of donated goods within the warehouse. This role ensures that re‑sellable items are handled properly to support programs benefiting individuals with disabilities and veterans. The Team Lead is responsible for training new team members, maintaining quality control standards, and coordinating daily workflow to meet production and safety goals.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This position requires forklift certification and baler operator training, enabling the Lead to step into various operational roles as needed. The Team Lead sets up daily work areas, assigns staff to appropriate stations, and provides guidance on loading, unloading, and dock operations.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Must be able to pass drug test and random testing.</strong> Previous conviction of dangerous or violent crimes will exclude applicant from job.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This is a Safety-Sensitive Job and Substance Free&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This is a safety-sensitive role because of the risks involved, it requires high level of responsibility and attention to detail. Under this role, employees agree to comply with the substance-free policy. There is zero-tolerance in place for substance use or impairment</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:</strong><br>&nbsp;<br><strong>EDUCATION:</strong> None</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>EXPERIENCE:&nbsp;</strong>Prior warehouse work experience preferred, assigning work and leading a team experience preferred.
