Additionally, you will need to submit copies of your licensing credentials and successfully complete a criminal background check, TB test, pre-employment medical examination before you can be appointed into this position.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-size: 13px;\">DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Provide Individual and Family Therapy</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Ensure timely documentation in the practice management system</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Compliance with Key Performance Indicators such as Productivity, Meeting Attendance, Required Trainings, Quality Assurance Committees, and Agency Initiatives</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Monitor and record client progress with respect to treatment goals.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Complete biannual reassessments on assigned clients</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Refer client, or family to needed to supportive services, as needed</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Modify treatment plans according to changes in client status.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Adhere to the practice standards and ethical guidelines established by the agency.</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintains employee file with current documentation.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-size: 13px;\">Job Type: Full-time</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d; font-size: 13px;\">Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 per year</span></p>\n<p>Sign on Bonus</p>\n<p>Clinical Supervision</p>\n<p> Continuing Education Trainings</p>\n<p>#ZR</p>\n<p><br></p>",
