We are currently looking for Technical Support Engineer to support our Technical Support Team by performing configuration, ERP tasks (Infor LN), ticket pre-processing, and preparation of units for exchange/repair.
What you will do: Basic configuration tasks for products prior to shipment or exchange, Preparation of units including documentation, labeling, and software setup, Processing MSO orders, purchase requisitions, RMA, adjustments, warehouse movements, Supporting Customer Service with order data checks and shipment documentation, Organizing Support Desk activities and updating internal records, Basic device checks and configuration template handling, Maintaining accuracy in configuration sets.
What we are looking for: Technical education in electronics Administrative or technical support experience, Handling electronic devices or configuration processes, Experience with CRM/Ticketing/ERP systems is a plus Ability to read technical documentation, Understanding of data types and file structures MS Office proficiency Fluent English and Swedish Good organisational and communication skills.
