You won’t know unless you take the shot.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>What to Expect in This Role:</strong></u></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Typical Workday:</strong><br>Arrive at the shop yard between 4:45 AM and 7:30 AM (depending on whether the truck needs to be emptied before the first job of the day).<br>Gather your tools/equipment and head out to your first scheduled job.<br>Use a work-issued tablet to complete each job, check in with the office and fellow drivers as needed.<br>Dump the truck at the treatment plant once or twice per day, depending on job volume.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Typical Job Responsibilities:</strong><br>Arrive at a customer’s home, introduce yourself, and obtain pre-authorization signatures if needed.<br>Be mindful of the customer’s property and yard throughout the service.<br>Gather the necessary tools, locate and dig up buried septic tank lids as needed (some may be 2-3 feet deep).<br>Run a 30-150 foot vacuum hose and pump out the septic tank.<br>Inspect key components of the tank before covering the lids.<br>Accurately complete service forms, collect payment, and enter details in the tablet.</p><p>&nbsp;Communicate clearly with the customer and office.<br>Provide top-notch customer service with a great attitude—a smile goes a long way.</p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Compensation:</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>• $50,000 - $60,000 per year (dependent on hours worked)&nbsp;</p><p>• Eligible for holiday pay after 6 months&nbsp;</p><p>• Eligible for 5 days of vacation after 1 year&nbsp;</p><p>• Additional bonuses and incentives throughout the year&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Additional Benefits:</strong><br>• Comprehensive Benefits – Health, dental, vision, supplemental &amp; life insurance<br>• Paid Training – No experience?
