    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Thermoforming Technician</strong></p><p><strong>Job summary</strong></p><p>Performs the operation of all equipment and manual and automatic processes related to molded fiber to meet production and all goal areas for the facility on a day to day basis. Level will be determined by skill &amp; ability. Position will include either straight day or shifts depending upon availability. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>Summary of essential job functions</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Sustains knowledge, skills and abilities required for equipment and processes assigned.</li><li>Operates, checks, and monitors related utilities for the operation.</li><li>Operate and troubleshoot the process control systems related to molded fiber and packaging.</li><li>Receives material into the warehouse and ships final production managing quality, costs and usages and utilizes computer systems for inventory and shipping as required.</li><li>Controls safety, security and plans with maintenance work, contractors, and area visitors. Controls environmental discharges and good manufacturing practices.</li><li>Works as part of the team, communicates well with personnel at all organizational levels in a professional manner, and maintains a respectful work environment.</li><li>Performs preventive maintenance of the equipment and facility.</li><li>May assist other areas of the plant as required by production schedule.</li><li>Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends and holidays.</li></ul><p><strong>Minimum requirements</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Knowledge of plant safety, environment and good manufacturing practices</li><li>Good understanding of process control and/or excellent mechanical aptitude</li><li>High school education with above average math &amp; communication skills</li></ul><p>In order to be considered for this position candidates are required to submit an application for employment through our career site and willing to take a drug test and submit to a background investigation as part of the selection process.</p><p><strong>Experience required</strong></p><p>3 years plant manufacturing or similar experience or equivalent demonstration.
